This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be in new, unused, and unopened condition, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and labels intact. Products that have been used, opened, or altered are not eligible for a return.
- The return must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice).
- If you received a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including but not limited to:
- Software, digital downloads, or any product where the seal has been broken.
- Personalized or customized items.
- Opened or used electronic products.
- Gift cards, or any products marked as non-returnable on the product page.
Please review the product description before purchase to ensure it qualifies for a return.
3. Return Process
If you wish to return an item, please follow the steps below:

Contact Us: To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at info@naritznie.com or call us at (906) 484-3081. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and the product(s) you wish to return.

Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to return the item. Please ensure the RMA number is clearly visible on the return package.

Packing the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and parts that came with the product to ensure it arrives in resalable condition.

Shipping the Return: Ship the returned item to the address provided by our customer support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or defective items).
4. Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange:
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.
- Exchanges: If you would like to exchange the product for a different item, we will process the exchange after the returned product is received and inspected. If the new item is of greater value, you may be required to pay the difference. If the new item is of lesser value, we will refund the difference.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the product. We will provide a full refund, replacement, or exchange based on your preference. We may require you to send us photos of the damaged or defective product to help us resolve the issue efficiently.
In cases of defective or damaged items, Fnaritznie will cover the return shipping cost. You will not be responsible for shipping fees if the return is due to an error on our part.
6. Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 15% may apply to certain returns (e.g., opened or used products) at the discretion of Fnaritznie. This fee helps to cover the costs of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the returned item.
7. Late Returns
If you return your product after the 30-day return window, we may not be able to process your return or provide a full refund. Returns made after the 30-day period may only be eligible for store credit or an exchange, depending on the product and circumstances.
8. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, or if the wrong item was shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $100. Fnaritznie is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
9. Store Credit
In certain cases where a refund is not possible, or if the return is outside the standard return window, Fnaritznie may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit can be used toward future purchases and is valid for up to 12 months from the issue date.
