1. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs. The shipping cost will depend on the delivery address, selected shipping method, and the weight of the products you order. During checkout, you will be presented with available shipping options and their associated costs.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery (available for select products and locations).
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, and you will be able to view the total cost before finalizing your purchase.
2. Shipping Locations
- Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. For international shipping, please refer to the international shipping section below.
- International Shipping: We offer international shipping to several countries. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by destination. During checkout, you will be able to see the available international shipping options and their associated costs.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed 1-3 business days after they are placed. Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday) and are not processed on weekends or holidays. Please note that the processing time does not include the shipping time, which will depend on the method you choose.
- In-stock items: Orders for in-stock products are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
- Pre-order or backordered items: If any of the items in your order are on pre-order or temporarily out of stock, we will notify you via email about the estimated shipping time. Please note that pre-order items may take longer to ship.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the carrier’s system.
5. Shipping Delays
While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, there may be instances of shipping delays due to factors beyond our control, including:
- Weather conditions
- Holidays
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing (for international orders)
If your shipment is delayed, we will do our best to keep you informed and provide updates. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery dates, especially in cases of force majeure or carrier-related delays.
6. Shipping Damages
If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@naritznie.com. To assist in resolving the issue, please provide:
- A description of the damage
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging
- Your order number
We will work with you to resolve the issue and either replace the damaged item or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.
7. Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please follow these steps:
- Check with neighbors or others in your household to ensure the package was received by someone else.
- Contact the shipping carrier: They may have more information on the delivery status and any issues with delivery.
- Notify us: If you are unable to locate your package, please contact our customer service team at info@naritznie.com, and we will assist you in resolving the matter.
Please note that Fnaritznie Electronics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. We encourage you to consider shipping insurance or tracking options if you are concerned about lost packages.
8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
For international shipments, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may be applied by your country’s customs office upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout. We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand potential fees before placing an international order.
9. Address Changes
Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make changes to the shipping address. Please ensure that all shipping information is correct before placing your order. If you realize there is an error in the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to make changes before the package is shipped.
10. Return Shipping
